Hello Plague People

The game is spreading worldwide and people are starting to get infected. I'm enjoying reading lots of tweets and reviews from people happily wiping out the world :)

Bonus Event Cards

In the rush to get the games out the factory, I never got around to telling you all that I decided to add a few extra event cards into the game - free of charge for everyone. So here we go - get ready for Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation and Rioting!

I didn't plan to add these event cards in but they made the game better and I wanted to say thank you to everyone for helping make this game a reality. For those of you keeping count, the game now comes with 28 event cards, instead of 25. (Kickstarter backers also get 3 extra events from the Patient Zero Pack)

Delivery Update:

Everything is going according to plan (feels strange saying that :P ). Current status below but this could still change.

US Backers: The warehouse is has almost finished shipping now and they should have mostly arrived by end of next week. If you haven't received a tracking email by the 5th December - please email [email protected] and we will investigate. Keep an eye out as you might receive your game any time from now!

Canadian Backers: The games are currently headed to a fulfilment centre in Canada to ensure no complications with customs. They will start to be sent out early December and as soon as I have a more specific date, I will let you know.

Backers from everywhere else: The games are in the warehouse in the UK and they have started shipping games today. They are hoping to have all of the games shipped by the 12th of December.

Once your game is shipped - it will take 3-15 days to get to you, depending on the postal service and how far away you live. As always - I will keep you updated :)

Hello Pustule-y People

The games continue to spread around the world (see here for latest delivery update) and we are just putting the finishing touches to the Companion App.

The Companion App is a free iOS and Android app designed to help get people playing the game quickly as well as offering statistics, FAQs, rule variants, a score tracker, ambiance generator and more!

If you want to beta test it - then please fill in the form here.

The infection is almost here - I'm very excited!

How to play videos

I've just uploaded some How to Play videos (voiced by me I'm afraid!) which explain how to quickly set up the game and then step through each of the game phases. The aim is to add these into the Companion App but before we do that, I would like to hear what you think of them and if you have any questions after watching them.

Delivery Update

Currently we are running ahead of schedule (although this could all change still so don't get too excited!) 

US Backers: The warehouse is currently mid-shipping the board games and hopes to have most of the games in the mail by the 28th Nov. Keep an eye out as you might receive your game any time from now!

Canadian Backers: The games are currently headed to a fulfilment centre in Canada to ensure no complications with customs. They will start to be sent out early December and as soon as I have a more specific date, I will let you know.

Backers from everywhere else: The games have passed through UK customs and are currently awaiting delivery from the port to the warehouse. They should arrive in the warehouse 25th November and then start to be sent out on the 29th November.

Once your game is shipped - it will take 3-15 days to get to you, depending on the postal service and how far away you live. As always - I will keep you updated :)

Start getting a little excited and let me know when you get news about your copy!

Customs Officers allow plague into USA - Hurrah!

Great news everyone - US customs didn't stop the container full of plague! Hurrah :P

Things are currently moving ahead (suspiciously) smoothly - see below for the latest delivery update. TLDR: Not long to go now!

Delivery update:

(warning - timings may and probably will change so don't get too excited yet!)  

US shipment - through US customs and at the distribution warehouse in LA. Stock currently being reconciled - the number of games received by warehouse don't quite match the number sent by the factory. We have extra copies as contingency so this shouldn't be an issue. Hopefully start shipping by the 28th Nov. 

UK shipment - currently working to get the games through UK Customs. Hope to have the games at the warehouse by the 28th Nov and be starting shipping soon after.

Once your game is shipped - it will take 3-15 days to get to you, depending on the postal service and how far away you live. Will share more information when I have it.

Other news:

Last chance to update your delivery address

Now that the games are on board the boats (track them in real time here) - we need to finalise the delivery plans and get your addresses over to the fulfilment companies. If you want to change your delivery address - then this is your last chance!

How to check / change your delivery address

Everyone has just received an email letting them know they have 48 hours to confirm their address. If you want to change / update your address - then please click on the link in the email. This email will also show the current address that we have on file for you.

The delivery window is still hard to predict as it depends on ship sailing times but for now - assume that the games should be with you some point between 12th December and 16th January. (once we have more accurate dates - I will let you know)

If you have not given us your address yet - then please send us a message and we will help you out.
